The
HiBREW H21 Espresso Machine is a professional-grade, semi-automatic coffee maker designed for home and office use. The machine has an all-metal stainless steel body and features a commercial-sized 58mm portafilter, triple thermoblock heating system, and a dual pump for independent coffee extraction and milk steaming.

- 3 Thermoblock heating system: Three thermoblocks allow for simultaneous coffee extraction and milk steaming without having to wait between tasks.
- 58mm commercial portafilter: The larger portafilter and coffee puck allow for better water distribution, resulting in barista-quality espresso shots. It uses a two-tab design that is not compatible with standard E61 portafilters.
- PID temperature control: PID ensures consistent temperature stability for reliable, high-quality extractions. You can also program the extraction temperature (88–96°C) to your preference.
- Dual pump system: The H21 features dual 3-way solenoid valves and a dual pump for precise pressure control over both brewing and steaming.
- Programmable brewing settings: Customize your espresso shot with adjustable extraction time, pre-infusion time, and water volume.
- Built-in pressure gauge: A manometer on the front of the machine allows for real-time monitoring of brew pressure.
- Adjustable steam wand: A long steam wand with a three-hole steam tip can be adjusted to create high-quality microfoam for lattes and cappuccinos.
- Hot and cold brew options: The H21 can be programmed for a cold espresso shot at 25°C, making it suitable for creating affogatos and other iced coffee drinks.
- External water inlet: A port on the back of the machine allows for connecting to an external water source.
